Although IncoDocs has no auto-translate feature, you can still manually translate your documents into any language including Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and more using editable field headings and custom templates.

To do this:

  1. Click on any field heading or document title to edit it and enter in the translated version.

  2. Repeat this process for other fields on the document you want to translate.

  3. Click Save Changes

  4. Select the option to Save as new template

  5. Enter a template name

  6. Click Save and Finish

That's it! You can now use that translated template to create documents.

Although this requires a bit of intial setup to translate your templates, you'll have a lot more flexibility and control over how your documents appear. Here is an example of a Commercial Invoice with both English and Chinese translations.

More ways to customize documents

There are several other ways you can customize document templates in IncoDocs. We recommend checking out our help article on Customizing Templates.
